Terms & Conditions

A legal disclaimer

Client acknowledges and agrees to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Nature of Services

The services provided by the Service Provider are limited to the services specifically described and agreed upon with the Client.

The Client understands that the Service Provider does not provide legal, tax, accounting, investment, lending, financial, medical, insurance, or other professional advice unless expressly stated otherwise in a separate written agreement signed by the Service Provider.

Any information, suggestions, explanations, opinions, templates, documents, or assistance provided by the Service Provider are for informational and administrative purposes only and should not be interpreted as professional legal or financial advice.

2. No Attorney-Client or Professional Relationship

Unless the Service Provider is separately retained in writing in a professional capacity for which the Service Provider is legally authorized and licensed, no attorney-client, accountant-client, financial-advisor-client, fiduciary, or other regulated professional relationship is created by scheduling or attending an appointment.

The Client is solely responsible for obtaining independent legal, tax, accounting, financial, or other professional advice when appropriate.

The Client acknowledges that the Service Provider has advised the Client to consult an appropriately licensed professional before making decisions involving legal rights, contracts, litigation, property ownership, taxes, investments, financing, or other matters requiring professional advice.

3. Client Responsibility

The Client is solely responsible for:

  • Providing accurate, complete, and truthful information;

  • Reviewing all documents and information provided by the Service Provider;

  • Verifying facts, dates, names, amounts, addresses, legal descriptions, and other information;

  • Making all final decisions regarding the Client's affairs;

  • Obtaining independent professional advice when necessary; and

  • Meeting all deadlines, filing requirements, payment obligations, and other legal or contractual requirements applicable to the Client.

The Service Provider is entitled to rely on information supplied by the Client and is not responsible for errors resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, or omitted information provided by the Client.

4. No Guarantee of Results

The Client understands that the Service Provider does not guarantee any particular result, outcome, approval, transaction, financial result, legal result, court result, governmental decision, loan approval, sale, settlement, recovery of money, or other outcome.

Any discussion regarding possible results, timelines, costs, or outcomes is an estimate or general information only and is not a guarantee.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Service Provider shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, or other damages arising from or related to the services, appointment, information provided, documents prepared, delays, decisions made by the Client, or the Client's use of any information or materials.

The Client agrees that the Service Provider's responsibility is limited to the specific services expressly agreed upon in writing.

Nothing in this Agreement is intended to waive or limit any liability that cannot legally be waived or limited under applicable law.

6. Client's Independent Judgment

The Client acknowledges that the Client is making decisions independently and is not relying upon the Service Provider as a substitute for a licensed attorney, financial advisor, accountant, tax professional, real estate broker, or other qualified professional.

The Client should obtain independent professional advice before taking action where professional advice is required or advisable.

7. Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure

The Client agrees to keep confidential any non-public information, business information, proprietary materials, templates, processes, documents, strategies, pricing information, communications, or other confidential information provided by the Service Provider that is identified as confidential or that reasonably should be understood to be confidential.

The Client shall not disclose, distribute, reproduce, publish, sell, transfer, or otherwise provide confidential materials to third parties without the Service Provider's prior written consent, except where disclosure is required by law or is reasonably necessary to obtain professional advice from the Client's attorney, accountant, financial advisor, or other professional who is independently obligated to maintain confidentiality.

This confidentiality obligation survives the completion or termination of the services.

8. Protection of Service Provider's Materials

All templates, forms, written materials, procedures, checklists, methods, systems, documents, and other materials created or provided by the Service Provider remain the property of the Service Provider unless otherwise agreed in writing.

The Client may use materials provided for the Client's personal or business purposes as intended, but may not reproduce, resell, distribute, publish, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service Provider's proprietary materials without written permission.

9. No Refunds

ALL PAYMENTS ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE, except where a refund is expressly required by applicable law or otherwise agreed to in writing by the Service Provider.

Once an appointment is scheduled, the Service Provider reserves time specifically for the Client. Accordingly, cancellation, failure to attend, lateness, change of mind, dissatisfaction with advice or information, failure to use the services, or failure to achieve a desired result does not automatically entitle the Client to a refund.

Where permitted by law, payments for appointments, consultations, document preparation, administrative services, deposits, retainers, or other services are non-refundable once payment has been made.

10. Cancellation and Rescheduling

The Service Provider may establish separate cancellation and rescheduling policies for appointments.

Failure to appear for a scheduled appointment may result in forfeiture of the appointment fee.

Any rescheduling is subject to the Service Provider's availability and may be subject to an additional fee.

11. No Unauthorized Reliance

Information provided to the Client is intended solely for the Client and for the specific purpose for which it was provided.

The Client agrees not to represent to any third party that the Service Provider has provided legal, financial, tax, accounting, investment, or other professional advice when no such professional relationship exists.

Third parties may not rely upon documents, communications, recommendations, or information prepared specifically for the Client without the Service Provider's prior written consent.

12. Electronic Communications

The Client consents to communication by email, text message, telephone, electronic scheduling systems, and other reasonable electronic methods.

The Client understands that electronic communications may involve privacy and security risks and agrees to provide appropriate contact information and promptly notify the Service Provider of any changes.

13. Third-Party Services

The Service Provider is not responsible for the acts, omissions, delays, decisions, fees, policies, or performance of third parties, including governmental agencies, courts, attorneys, accountants, lenders, title companies, contractors, vendors, real estate professionals, delivery services, or other third parties.

14. No Legal Filing or Representation Unless Separately Agreed

Unless specifically agreed to in writing, the Service Provider does not represent the Client in court, communicate with a court or governmental agency on the Client's behalf, provide legal representation, or act as the Client's attorney.

The Client is responsible for determining whether an attorney or other licensed professional should review or handle any matter.

15. Accuracy and Review of Documents

If the Service Provider assists with preparation of documents based on information supplied by the Client, the Client is responsible for carefully reviewing the completed documents before signing, submitting, filing, recording, or otherwise using them.

The Client should have documents reviewed by an appropriately licensed professional whenever the Client's circumstances require legal, tax, financial, or other professional advice.

16. No Emergency Services

The Service Provider does not provide emergency legal, financial, medical, or other professional services.

If the Client has an emergency or an immediate legal or financial deadline, the Client should contact the appropriate qualified professional or governmental authority directly.

17. Termination

The Service Provider reserves the right to refuse or terminate services where appropriate, including where there is a conflict of interest, abusive or threatening behavior, failure to provide necessary information, nonpayment, unreasonable demands, or other circumstances that make continued services inappropriate.

Termination does not automatically create a right to a refund.

18. Acknowledgment of Understanding

By signing below, the Client confirms that the Client:

  1. Has read and understood these Terms and Conditions;

  2. Has had an opportunity to ask questions regarding the services;

  3. Understands that the Service Provider does not provide legal or financial advice unless expressly agreed in writing and legally permitted;

  4. Understands that the Client may need to obtain independent professional advice;

  5. Understands that the Service Provider does not guarantee any particular result;

  6. Accepts responsibility for the accuracy of information provided to the Service Provider;

  7. Agrees to the confidentiality and non-disclosure provisions;

  8. Understands and agrees to the no-refund policy to the extent permitted by law; and

  9. Voluntarily agrees to these Terms and Conditions before scheduling an appointment.

19. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions constitute the agreement between the Client and Service Provider concerning the matters addressed herein and supersede prior verbal understandings concerning those matters, unless otherwise agreed in a separate written agreement.

Any amendment or exception must be made in writing.

20. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.

21. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which the Service Provider provides the services, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
